Is outdoor tick and flea powder bad while pregnant?? ANSWER PLS!!?

My moms friend sprinkled tick and flea powder all over the backyard. I can't smell it but I live in the garage and since I walk in the backyard a lot with sandals is that bad? I'm pregnant.
