I need help finding a girlfriend, help?

I'm trying to find a girlfriend, and I want her to be certain things. I would like her to be smart, attractive to me, nice, not a cheater, truthful, and I want her to be able to be serious when she needs to be. First off, I need to know where in general I would find a girl like this, or what I would find her doing. Also, if you can tell me anything about how to find out if she has these qualities. Is there anything I could do, say, or ask her that would reveal this? Thank you for reading and please answer if you can.
