Is this dandruff? How do i get rid of it?

Okay I fixed my dandruff problem almost a year ago and I had TERRIBLE dandruff. I have used all shampoos that are said to get rid of dandruff! I am using Head & Shoulders dry scalp care it is a dandruff shampoo it works really good it is your choice if you want to pair it with a head & shoulders conditioner too I don't pair them up like that I use Dove Damage Therapy cool moisture, but i defiantly suggest you use HEAD & SHOULDER'S DRY SCALP CARE it's in a white and blue bottle
