Vitamins for leopard geckos?

Do they need vitamins with d3? Or vitamin a? How often do they need the vitamins and can I just not sprinkle the vitamins on the food and just have a bowl full of it? Thank you! And any other advise would be good! Lighting advise is well needed too!
