What does a personnel plan consist of?

i have a semester project I have to do, my workload is high it seems, anyway one of the many things I have to do is create financial documents which I have no idea what they should consist of. The class is a computer class and the main goal is to show you know how to create different documents using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, and Microsoft Powerpoint. This document must be made in Excel. I am sure I can make all documents required, but sadly I don't know what a lot of them should contain and google searching has revealed no details as far as I can see as to this document. Thanks to anyone who can give me any ideas on what I should place in my personnel plan.
