Why is it that God's prophets always seem to go to the Middle East ? Didn't God give a flying squat about the?

The majority of people during the time the prophets were active, lived in the middle east, they hadn't gone much farther than that - they preached in Persia-modern day Turkey, Egypt, even Spain they really did preach the inhabited world of the time
